Need at least one of: title, tag, or P-band. Extra fields on the same route are AND. Separate routes are first-match OR. Place uses the live Triage box name.
Same custom_subs as Weekly. Add/rename/remove here; Weekly sees it. Built-in names stay recoverable via Weekly Reset row. Removing a custom that is on Daily routine peels it off the crawl, same as Weekly.
